All orders will be shipped via UPS or Fedex, unless the package is oversize and/or the weight of your order exceeds 150lbs. Oversize boxes or items over 150 lbs must be shipped via large freight carrier. Please contact us at 1.866.723.3625 ext. 2617 for a freight quote.

In certain cases, please note that your order, depending upon the items purchased, will be available for local pickup and/or delivery only. You will be notified if your order falls into this category.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policy:

General Requirements
All refunds and exchanges require proof of purchase via sales invoice and a Return Authorization Number.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If for any reason you are unhappy with a product* from ShopPaddock.com, return it with the sales invoice within 30 days in its original container and/or packaging in saleable condition for a store credit of your original purchase price. You may call 866-723-3625 ext. 2617 to receive a Return Authorization or you may walk it into one of our Outdoor Super Stores throughout the Southwest. Click here for store locations.

Return Shipping Charges
The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges, unless the item is deemed defective upon return inspection. If we cover the initial cost to ship it back, this cost will then be deducted from your total credit upon receipt and inspection of the product.

Holiday / Seasonal Items
Sales on Holiday / Seasonal items are final.

Returns and Restocking Conditions After 30 Days
All returns and store credits are subject to a 15% restocking fee 30 days after date of purchase. Returns require prepaid shipping. Product must be new and in its original container and/or packaging in saleable condition.

*Due to Federal regulations and safety issues, Paddock is not permitted to accept returns of chemical products.
